Stock removal from 1084 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 63, a little harder than my usual but I chopped a nail in half with it an there was no chipping. This will hold an excellent edge.
Flat grind with mill scale left of the flats
Stabilized figured maple handle with Micarta spacers
Overall length: 6 3/4 inches
Blade: 3 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry. It's a little snug but will form to the knife with use, I have added a short lanyard and antler bead.
