Crafted from solid stainless steel or brass, anchored to our custom high-density ballistic nylon with no moving parts, these belts are engineered to last lifetimes.
To ensure the belts' extreme durability, we avoid all of the following: leather (soon warps, cracks and stretches), stitching, laminated material layers, Velcro, moving parts (clasps, pins, ratchets, hinges, etc.), plastics, and metal coatings (chrome, anodizing, etc. soon wears through). Gunmetal "bluing" will fade over time, but this just adds character to the buckle (and, if desired, bluing compound can always be obtained and reapplied by the belt owner).
