Thanks alot man i apprectiate it alot. now i have a few more requests from ya'll....
1. What would you all say is better 43,43,45,47????like how does the 45 compare to the rest???
2. And,... where can i find a 45??? am i wrong in assuming they arn't in production anymore???

The 45 has been out of production for quite some time.
They do show up in the various for sale forums and at auction every now and then. The current going price NIB is about $250.
The handles are machined stainless steel.That makes them quite heavy. Some people prefer that.
The blade is a weehawk very much like the 42, but the swedge is not cut nearly as far back. There's a picture of a 42 and 45 together on my site. You can see the difference.
The pivot pins on the 45 are press fit and polished down into the handles. At most, you can see a faint outline of the pin. In many cases you can't see the pin at all. Of course, it's not at all adjustable
The 45 has no latch gate either.

thanks alot gollnick very helpfull you are....i have decided to finaly buckle down and order a 42 or 43 still deciding....unfortuantly no one ever what's to ship a balisong to canada .....
