Note: These do not fit very old versions of the P-Tac. I don't know the exact date range, but a 2011 P-Tac of mine had scale screws that were asymmetrical, i.e. the "show side" screw holes were in a different location than the clip side ones. It's been a long time since Emerson stopped doing that, but just keep it in mind (and take a look at your scale screws) if you've got an old knife.
