Japanese Sword Identification 2/2

Here's the second sword I have. I can't seem to identify it. I guessing it's also a WWII relic. It also needs some work but is really beautiful. Any clue on identifying this one? There are no serial number or identifying markers that I can find. the big difference between the two is that this one has a leather wrapped handle and the sheath is wooden. See pics below.
 
This sword is older than WWII judging from the nakago. Photos are too poor to tell anything about the blade. The fittings are pieced together. The civilian saya has an ashi (gunto hanger) in place of the kurigata. Fuchi has been lost, sarute doesn't belong with it. Ito a frayed/broken. Tsuba is very low quality.

Low quality and condition overall, not worth the cost of restoration unless you have money to burn or it holds some exceptional sentimental value.
