Making Scagel Pulls?

You might want to give Chris Crawford a shout. He made a fine Scagel style folder last year. Chris ia a fourm member and quite helpful over in the "Shop Talk" forum.
If I were to venture a guess my self; I would say the pull is milled or done by hand (drill a series of holes and file) prior to heat treat. I would be interested in finding out how it's done myself.
