a small moment from last night's Thursday Night Freeride

I’ve been hitting some S Utah slickrock with my wife & son this week.

This line is waaaay steeper than it looks in the pic. The old man hit it once, a few years ago…one & done. The kid rolls it like it ain’t nothin’. There’s a wicked tire trap right under the kid’s front wheel which is masked by the angle. If you don’t get the ‘pop’ just right, it can be a rough landing.

Moab is an annual early-fall tradition since I moved to a cold-winter state! November for me this year.
