Here’s my Viking War Camp Seax! It’s a big boy with an 11 inch blade and 16 inches overall. It weighs in at 20oz. I used 1/4inch thick 5160 for the blade. The scales are black linen Micarta with bronze pins.

"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of de' women" Comes to mind for this one.

As a maker how do you decide what to do at the heel or transition area from handle to sharpened portion?

Bill your work always looks great, this one being no exception.
