This is a Flip Point variant with shorter and more slender handle, ribbed marbled carbon fiber and hollowed black and white G10 liners and white G10 pins.
It is light for it's thick stock, and well balanced with pretty decent grip, considering how slippery carbon fiber is. The low grit matte finish and ribbing helps in that regard. Here is a clip of the knife in motion just before I cleaned it up and finished it:
