My 2008 Tacoma has about 203,000. I had an 88 Toyota pickup (didn't call them Tacomas back then) that had 288,000 when it got totaled in an accident.

Reviewing this thread, I didn't see any 300K claims. Mine is close, but I didn't claim 300K. I'm wondering why you insist on this.
 
I was curious as well on the high mileage, so I looked on Craigslist, and you will see a lot of Honda and Toyota suvs with over 300k miles. Some were even pushing 500k. I know the engine in the Lexus 460 they call it the half million mile engine. It is basically bulletproof from what I read, but gas mileage is terrible.
