Recommendation? Kitchen knives!!!

I’m looking for a 3-5 knife set for the kitchen.

I am open to custom or high quality manufacturing.

I liked the Chris Reeve knives but was bummed to find out that they are discontinued!!

also…..who makes custom knife blocks?
