Lost standoffs

Update- Rick responded to my email and shipped me out the standoffs, screws, and nuts needed to fix the knife free of charge. Consider me a satisfied customer!

That doesn't surprise me one bit.
 
I needed a filler tab when I bought my XM.
I emailed/PM'd Rob. I had a very quick reply and had the part shipped the next morning.
The customer service was so good I emailed Rick just to let him know. He was happy to hear it. :D
And I was left as a happy customer! :thumbup:
