How To MKM Makro 2 magnetic sheath

While sharpening my Makro 2, my bulldog basically ate the magnetic leather sheath beyond salvage. Luckily she did not swallow either magnet. Where can I purchase a replacement sheath? I have already contacted the purchase site (a large online sales site) and they directed me via an email link to MKM. However, after multiple emails, crickets. Perhaps all of their emails go to spam. I don't know. Any ideas at all?
