This might be my favorite old Camillus!!! Large Jack with old markings, and Uber-Patina, but almost no usage showing!!View attachment 2559446View attachment 2559448
I must have owned this knife for close to 20 years!!!
Checks all the boxes with me, Charlie. Such a knice knife.
Thanks Cal and Steve!!Awesome old Camillus !
It's the cut of the jib, a great shield, perfect choice of blades, and, of course, ebony. I have quite a bit of patina, myself. Thanks Cal and Steve!!
It's amazing how that knife appeals to me more than some immaculate Salesman's samples!!
I got out my old Box #2 full of cattle knives and other old rubbish and had a look at this senior Cammy cattle. I much prefer to see this blade combination instead of a spey blade; I don't anticipate castrating any wolverines anytime soon. I guess it doesn't make any real difference because I have no intentions of carrying most of my pre-war knives. I just like to coonfinger them.View attachment 2562426View attachment 2562427
They sure did, Cal, the #88 Lok-Rancher @ 4Ā¼" closed with a button lock on the clip master.Did they make one of those with a linerlock or similar for the master clip blade? Maybe a sliding button lock?
At the very least! As close to the do-it-all pocketknife as I will ever come - two nice examples there. OHwith Schrade USA gone, I figured I should have two.
