Off Topic Coming this April: Total Eclipse of the Snark!

Well I was able to get out and get a few things done today. The boot they have me in is heavy but I can get around slowly. Took care of some banking, mailed some things. Then I went to the range and sighted in my little H&R 22 mag took 8 shots 😁 this little gun is sweet.
 
3.5 months post-stroke, SWMBO went out and ran the 2.8 mile "green" loop at the Arkansas Ragnar this weekend.
This event was held on cyclo-cross trails, and so wasn't your typical trail run.
she survived, I survived, my leg is healing, her teammates and the staff were astounded.
then she went and took a nap.
today we found out she's having eye surgery next week to remove the blood clot from the brain bleed - it's not clearing up fast enough to make the eye specialist happy.

Continued health, brother. For both you and her, keep getting better.
 
today half the leg below the knee is pale green and half the foot is purple from the gravity drainage.
feels weird and tick tight, but works fine so far.

and the eye surgery has been moved back to Late July - so it'll be 6 months post-stenting.
with a little luck, my play date with a 3 burner forge, 25T press and a rolling mill are back on track for Wednesday next week.
 
I should get some photos of that hitch I'm finishing up under a Class A, pusher diesel, motor coach. What a pain to fit in there, 😬 but in the final fit up, it went right in there, no fuss. Glad it's bolted in & done!

Time to spoil my cat with supper, last of the shop cat rescues.

Prayers for healing my friend. I had a rough day but doesn't sound as rough as yours
 
The bad thing is, the offer was someone from China, and the signed up for the forum, just to ask me to sell it. They are not familiar to me at all. I knew the other 2 offers. By the way, I paid $50 for the stove. Was at the right place at the right time.

They need an example to copy and reproduce. They will be sold for $30 on Amazon by 20 different company’s lol
