I have 2 and had no issue changing out to CF .
It was tight but came apart. Good luck

I have the opposit problem, I got the pivot out with no problem but can't get the D sided pivot back in at all. It's driving me nuts!

Not a problem. Just pull back on the Able lock switch as you are inserting the D sided pivot and it will slide right in.

Yup, it took me a while to figure that out the first time I swapped scales.
