Thanks! Cooked 16 boston butts, have 4 left in the freezer already shredded. Nice to have in case of emergency. Next month I'm cooking for a wedding, and two fundraisers. I need to invite DPrichard to come to one of them and sample the pork, and he can tell you guys if it's worth eating.
